PAYMENT                                                                                         

Payment details are sent on your confirmation email/letter.
If you change your mind within 28 days of booking,  the full deposit is refundable.  If you book after  16 weeks before summer school begins or 28 days after your booking, the deposit is then non refundable.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your booking the following terms apply:

1)   Up to 16 weeks before summer school begins:  Full refund of any monies paid minus your deposit.

2)   8 – 16 weeks before summer school begins:  50% refund of any monies paid minus your deposit.

3)   Less than 8 weeks before summer school begins:  No refunds are possible.

CANCELLATION OF LATE BOOKINGS

If you book within 16 week of the start of summer school your deposit is non refundable – then the terms above apply.

IF WE CANCEL SUMMER SCHOOL

In the unlikely event that we may have to cancel full refunds will be given – or new dates agreed and monies carried forward (this has never happened).

FLIGHTS
If you are an international participant, we are not responsible or liable for any flight costs.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

If you are affected by a condition, medical or otherwise that may affect your or other clients’ participation in the Summer School, it is your responsibility to advise us of this at the time of booking.  We cannot accept responsibility for your condition but we do need to be aware of it.
PERSONAL FITNESS – This is a dance week.  You can attend as many classes as you like.  You can also take time out.  Listen to your own body as it may not be used to a period of intensive dancing.

ANY ISSUES

If you have a complaint or problem about any part of the Summer School, please tell us at the time, it is only if we know about a problem that we can try to put it right.
